Manner International School is the first school in Cambodia

(Phnom Penh): Manner International School, a general education institution, the member school of the World Schools League, has officially introduced a new program, the *KidsMBA* entrepreneurship curriculum for children. This initiative aligns with the efforts of the Ministry of Education, Youth, and Sports, as well as the Royal Government of Cambodia, to foster entrepreneurial skills among students in Cambodia. The goal is to inspire them to become excellent entrepreneurs in the future.

The introduction of the ABE-KidsMBA-UK curriculum at Manner International School follows the signing of an exclusive agreement with ABE Global on September 12, 2024. This makes Manner International School the only school in Cambodia authorized to implement the ABE-KidsMBA program.

Mr. Roeun Chantha, Founder and Chairman of the Board at Manner International School, stated that the ABE curriculum is a UK-based program designed to teach students aged 11 and above how to draft business plans. He emphasized that, starting from the 2024-2025 academic year, Manner International School will introduce this curriculum for students from Grades 7 to 12 to encourage them to become successful entrepreneurs and innovative employees in the future.

He added that incorporating the ABE curriculum will enhance students' learning experience and receive strong support from parents and guardians, as this is a rare opportunity to develop entrepreneurial skills from the middle school level. This foundation will pave the way for further studies at higher education levels and contribute to national development.

Mr. Rob Kindness, Regional Director of Sales at ABE Global for Asia Pacific, the Middle East, North Africa, and the UK, highlighted the value of the KidsMBA entrepreneurship program for children. He noted that the program teaches basic business skills that children will need when they complete their studies and begin their careers. The curriculum also focuses on important soft skills such as numeracy, problem-solving, negotiation, and collaboration. It encourages children to think creatively and work effectively with their peers.

He stated, "The ABE program is recognized and has partner branches in many countries across Europe, Africa, and India. I am truly proud that Manner International School is the first school in Cambodia to implement the ABE-endorsed KidsMBA program."

Manner International School is located at Building 91C, Street 99B, Boeung Salang Village, Russey Keo Commune, Russey Keo District, Phnom Penh. The school is also preparing to open its second branch, which will begin accepting registrations in October 2024, following strong support and trust from parents and guardians.
